CANCELLATIONS
Client Generated Cancellations:
Due to the nature of this trip deposits are non-refundable. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you find yourself unable to come before October 1st 2019 any additional moneys paid other than the deposit can be refunded. Money paid on or after October 1st 2019 are unable to be refunded unless we are able to fill your place with another participant.
By paying the deposit you are agreeing to these terms.
Extreme Weather Conditions:
If extreme weather conditions delay the camel training and camel trek it will be the company [Camel Connection] owners discretion (Strictly for safety reasons). No refund will be available should extreme weather conditions force the cancellation of some or all of the camel training or expedition. If training or expedition is cancelled, due to extreme weather, every effort will be made to return clients to accommodation.
MANDATORY
All participants are required to have their own individual travel insurance. We [Camel Connection] cannot be responsible for delayed flights, flight changes, illnesses before, during or after travel and lost or stolen items etc. We recommend you organise your insurance at the same time as booking your international flights.
